Sauna Bathing with a Traditional Whisk
Before use, soak the whisk in lukewarm water for 35 minutes.
Use the whisk once your skin has warmed up from the sauna heat - we find firm tapping and gentle brushing motions most effective.
Whisks can be used 1-2 times. After your sauna, give the whisk a light rinse and leave it to hang in a cool, dry space if you wish to reuse it a second time.
We also recommend using the birch-infused water the whisk has been soaking in for dousing the stove to create aromatic steam.
