AberPoeth offers Nordic sauna bathing and wellness experiences in the west Wales seaside town of Aberystwyth.
Inspired by their own journeys to wellness and time spent in Denmark, where they immersed themselves in Nordic culture and discovered the profound impact of saunas on physical and mental well-being, the brothers joined forces to create a business, centred around the sauna, that would be of benefit to the people and community of their home town of Aberystwyth.
The team now collaborates with a number of local specialists to combine sauna with yoga, pilates, breathwork and massage, building an ever stronger and loyal customer base.
